Create a new Virtual Credit Card
Add a Virtual Card to your account to protect yourself against unauthorised purchases.
Step 1 of 19
To begin, go to your home screen and tap MANAGE on the bottom navigation.

Tap the Cards menu option.

On the Virtual credit cards filter, tap ADD VIRTUAL CARD.

A pop-up will appear informing you that the Virtual Credit Card has a dynamic CVV, meaning that the CVV regularly updates and can only be used for single transaction, which gives you enhanced security.
Tap OK.

To choose a type of Virtual Card you would like to add/create, toggle between the two tabs: Credit & Debit and Prepaid Virtual Cards.
Under Credit & Debit you will be able to view and add the Virtual Credit Card available to you, limited to a maximum of 3 cards that you can add.

Under Prepaid Virtual Cards, you can view the list of Prepaid Virtual Card types by scrolling down.

Tap ADD on the Virtual Card you would like to create.

All done! Your Virtual Card has been successfully created.
Back on the Manage Cards screen you’ll see the Virtual Card you’ve added.

Tap on the eye icon to view the card number.

To copy your Virtual Card number from the Banking App to the third-party website, tap on the copy icon.
Note:
You can also view and copy the expiry date and CVV number.

To manage your Virtual Card, tap MANAGE CARD.

To enable or disable card features for your Virtual Card, tap on Card settings.

On the Card settings screen, you can enable or disable any of the card features options provided to your preference.
When you’re ready, use the back arrow to return to the previous screen.

To view all the transactions done on this Virtual Card, tap Transactions.
Step 15 of 19
On the Transactions screen, you’ll be able to search for a specific transaction. Tap on a transaction to view the transaction information.
When you’re ready, use the back arrow to return to the previous screen.

Tap View PIN and follow the prompts to view the PIN for your Virtual Card.

If you would like to delete/cancel your Virtual Card, tap on Cancel card.
Step 18 of 19
You’ll see a pop-up message to confirm if you would like to proceed with cancelling your Virtual Card.
Note:
Proceeding to cancel your card will permanently delete your card and all its details.
Step 19 of 19
If you tapped on Confirm, your Virtual Card has been successfully cancelled and removed from all your list of Virtual Cards.
